We are a Family owned Hotel/ property Management company seeking property funding to acquire a well maintained Boutique hotel, with charming Barbadian architecture.

The hotel we are seeking to acquire is being sold as a going concern and is located on one of the best beaches on the island, two minutes away from the #1 night club and five minutes from the main entertainment area (St. Lawrence Gap).

The hotel has made over £700,000 Net Profit last year and we believe with some well placed marketing and hands on management this too can grow.

The combined experience of our Directors spans 17 Years with one of the Directors holding the position of General Manager a number of Hotels in Barbados and the other Director has worked in the industry refurbishing hotels and setting them up.

The hotel has 31 fully self contained luxury Studios and 2 Penthouse suites (a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom and a 3 bedroom/3 and ½ bathroom), a formal restaurant, and an informal pool bar.
