Our proposal is to target the lower end of the market with a typical house being a 2 bed, terraced property typically with a renovated market value of £75,000.00. We will purchase houses in need of renovation at auction, at a price significantly below market value, renovate the property and then rent that property at the going market rate of approximately £450.00 pcm. We will then raise a mortgage against the renovated property to release capital to start the process again, building a property portfolio.
