We are planning to open a unique interactive cocktail, wine and champagne bar on Poole Quay, Dorset. One of only a very limited number of interactive concepts in the world, we are setting out to set the standard for a totally unique customisable drinks and entertainment experience. The venue will also incorporate a flair bar, which will provide entertaining drinks production and produce an hourly five-minute bar performance.
The £100,000 investment is required for the build and marketing of the new venue, which will set the conceptual model for the roll out process.
