Invest in Innovative Open Kitchen Diner Chain

Having established an award winning Restaurant with Takeaway and Delivery Service, we now wish to raise funding to develop the concept from the existing unit to 11 outlets within 5 years.

The investment will be used almost exclusively for Leasehold Improvement or Fitting-out Costs, Fixtures & Fittings and Operating Equipment for each of the next 3 units after which growth becomes self financing.

The Open Kitchen and combination of Restaurant, Takeout and Delivery will enable us to operate easily within the industry norms of 70% Gross Profit and 10%pa net Profit after the first 2 years. We will establish the Brand over the 5 years at which point we intend to franchise the operation to achieve national coverage.

This is an investment in a proven award winning formula, that when achieving the growth target of 11 outlets will be turning over circa £8m per year. The Investor will make a substantial return through the increased value of the business at Year 5 – we envisage market capitalisation to be circa £9m. The Investor may choose to continue with the business through its next phase for even greater returns.
