Invest in an Innovative 30% Vehicle Fuel Saving Device

I intend to manufacture and market hydrogen/oxygen gas (HHO) generators in the UK, and also to test and produce an improved and cheaper version, which I have designed. This new design complies with the criteria for an invention patent, therefore the application for patent should be granted.
HHO generators produce hydrogen and oxygen gas on demand, which is fed into the air inlet manifold of a vehicle. No hydrogen is stored; it is burnt immediately in the engine.
This gives the vehicle greater power, reduces fuel consumption by typically 30%, and reduces harmful emissions. These claims are verified in substantive road tests.
This new technology was developed in the USA by motorsport enthusiasts, mainly for the extra power boost. It has not really caught on outside of motorsport circles in the USA because gasoline prices are still very low. That means, in the USA, it takes 3 times longer to recoup the cost of an HHO generator (with fuel savings) than in the UK and Europe.
30% of the 27 million UK cars do sufficient mileage to recoup the cost of our HHO generator in 6 months and thereafter save £1000 per annum.
The average truck in the UK will recoup the cost in 2,5 months and thereafter save £5000 in fuel costs per annum.
I am seeking a £120k Angel investment for Capex and for working capital. Based on my business projections an angel investor will see a ROI in Year 1 of 42% and a better return in year 2.
