Investment for a Disruptive Vehicle Rental Service

We have created a new type of car Rental Company where we offer free airport to accommodation transfers (thus eliminating lengthy waits at rental desks), vehicles waiting at client accommodation, and all paperwork digitally signed.

We will be offering only three types of vehicles so that customers will always know what they are getting and rental periods must be more than 3 days in duration. In addition we will be expanding to long term leasing and insurance brokering for vehicles to increase revenue especially in the 3 months over winter when rental contracts will be lower than in summer.

A sophisticated website is currently being developed to allow online bookings, Client area, and real time data connection to or servers to best allocate vehicles and track positioning when the next rental contract is taken.

A large amount of effort and investment in SEO and partnership arrangements will bear fruit during the coming summer as we currently negotiating commission with large holiday rental businesses in the area. Once established in the Costa Blanca area and with a good reputation we will look to expand to other tourist/expat areas with the possibility of franchising - which has a very large potential for the company.

We are seeking an investment of £35,000 for acquisition of an already established business, which includes the acquisition of a large client database and 23 vehicles.

This in tandem with the current client list will bring significant increase in rental contracts. This acquisition will also provide a suitable property for the storage of vehicles while not being rented.

We are seeking a £35k angel investment for Acquisition Capital. Based on our projections, Angel Investors will see a ROI in year 3 of 35%.
