Properties are in need of renovation and the angel investor will supply funds for the acquisition and renovation of the properties.

We aim to serve our business and the investor through solid returns - based upon a practical business plan and transparent investment reporting. We have an exceptional team of real estate development professionals and a solid track record in the area.

We manage the renovation process from beginning to end through architectural design oversight, acting as the developer during construction, while providing continued service, maintenance, and property management for its tenants. We also have an extensive track record in real estate investing including personal expertise with investments in the Washington D.C. area.

The double-digit, risk-adjusted returns being offered to Angel Investors takes advantage of the favorable supply-demand dynamics for residential rental property in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. An Angel’s capital will be used for acquisition and project expansion and is fully backed by real estate assets.

Renovation and leasing will take approximately 12 months. Potential Angel Investor earnings depend on holding period after completion.
