Exciting high-end luxury shoe brand - supply chain in place

We have spent almost three years creating an exciting high-end luxury shoe brand that has been well received in the market place. The business has a web site and good sales contacts with the supply chain in place.

We are seeking an investment of £500,000 in order to move the business forward and expand into new markets in Europe and the USA. We need to expand our marketing efforts, cash flow, and current and anticipated orders going forward. The mark up on the shoes is excellent and will continue to generate a real ongoing return on investment.

In the future, the range will be expanded to include matching handbags and accessories. The shoes are made by hand to designs created by an award-winning designer who is a shareholder and will remain active in the business when going forward.

The design regularly features in fashion magazines in the UK and further afield.

We believe a return on investment of 20% is easily realisable in year two and the ideal investor would have knowledge of the fashion industry and would be able to bring expertise as well as investment into the business.
