UK’s first National Video Conferencing Legal Advice Service
We are seeking to launch the UK’s first national video conferencing legal advice service. The service will target three key markets: retail customers, home users and small businesses.
Retail customers will access the service via bespoke K2 red telephone booths located in high profile shopping centres. Agreements in principle have already been made with companies operating 120 of the UK’s main shopping malls. UK home users can access the service by registering online, which will allow them to access face to face services from solicitors.
The company has partnered with Cogent/Parabis Law, the UK’s largest contact centre legal advice providers. Cogent/Parabis clients include major blue chip businesses such as AA, SAGA, Halifax, RBS and some of the UK’s largest insurance companies. The partnership ensures that our company would have no need to recruit its own teams of solicitors. An existing service, Quality Solicitors, which operates referrals but has no online service provision to customers, receives 90% of its custom through ‘passing trade’ in WH Smiths – this customer behaviour has been taken into account in our projections. |
