Requirement for Operating Capital Investment to be used for expansion, development and completion of tangible pipeline of energy projects with long-term government-backed-fixed-revenues.
Further to this, Project-Specific Equity Investment is currently being negotiated with international investors (household names), with successful completions leading to substantial investments over a 1-3 year period.
