We have launched a Private Equity Fund focused on acquiring pre-repossessed UK stock direct from vendors with a minimum net discount of 20% off today’s RICS valuation. We are seeking a joint venture partner who could assist with the £5m target capital raise via close contacts, IFA or broker networks.

As a partner you will receive an upfront 5% fee for capital raised and a share in the General Partner’s profit share received in 5 years which is estimated at just under £1m.
