Our resort is on the island of Gran Canaria which has miles of golden-sand beaches and famous Maspalomas sand dunes, scorching summer heat with beach weather all through the winter. The Yumbo Centre is the largest entertainment centre and is gay orientated, with dozens upon dozens of gay bars, restaurants, shops and clubs. Most situated side-by-side in one large commercial centre in Playa del Ingles.

Our resort is adjacent to the Yumbo Centre and has currently established 81.6% occupancy over the past 5.

The gay community has long been identified as having considerably higher than average earnings and a demand to spend those earnings on leisure and is one of the fastest growing sectors of the Tourism market.

We intend to manage and take care of, maintenance, utility bills and holiday rentals, and we are also offering an investor to receive a proven and secure guaranteed return for 5 years with a guaranteed buyback (exit).
