Please tell Venture Giant a little about yourself, and what your interest in business angel investing is.
I graduated as an MBA from London Business School in 2006. I have an MBA (e-ship) and Finance background.
Since I have been working in finance functions at Amazon and now more recently in a fast growing e-commerce company in The City.
Have you made any past angel investments and please provide a little information on your business background?
In my function I advise the CEO and the PE majority shareholders on a wide range of financial (and strategic) topics.
I have been doing a couple of smaller investments on the continent. Unfortunately without great success.
My goal, obviously, is to use the past performance and improve my results.
What is the name of the fast growing e-commerce company in The City?
The name of the company is [hidden for security purposes]. We're an online payment provider quite similar to the wider known PayPal. In February we've been named the UKs fastest growing company in the Sunday Times 100 Buy-Out track.
What types of Ventures are you looking to Invest into?
I am specifically seeking to invest in SMEs (small medium enterprises) and start-ups.
