Angel Investor background:
I am based personally in Monaco, but have offices in London, Paris and Nice.
I have run businesses in the UK for 20 years, but never as an angel investor, only as a proprietor.
I have full time staff in the City of London, (Address blanked for security purposes) that takes care of those businesses on a day to day basis. I moved to Monaco purely for tax reasons, but have maintained all my infrastructure in the UK.
Past Angel Investments:
In France I have invested as an angel in businesses, the most successful being in (hidden for security purposes).
I backed up two employees of Rothschild bank Paris who ran their property division. That was 3 years ago, and this year the company has achieved 80 million euros of turnover.
What types of Investments are you interested in hearing about?
All kinds of investments. I do not rule out any sectors, but we specialize in finance, insurance, property. I would prefer to invest in existing businesses that need second stage development capital.
All projects must have serious business plans in place, cashflow projections - basically the numbers should be "right".
