We are a direct investment firm that are seeking investment opportunities from mid-market and SME enterprises in growth industries or new economy sectors.
We were formed with two colleagues in 2009 to invest in early-stage technology businesses, with two equity investments having been made to date.
We are seeking investment opportunities in the following stages of business:
- Internet businesses or even innovative technology that are seeking development funding or seed capital
- owner-managed businesses where the founder needs to exit
- underperforming companies with growth potential
Our goal is to build a business for profitable sustainable growth with an entrepreneur or owner operated businesses.
We take a hands-on approach to deliver the turnaround (only where necessary) initiating strategic and operational improvements as well as growth strategies.
We are owned and operated by our own operating partners and have over 50 years experience of managing and investing in growing companies.
