As an Investor on Venture Giant what type of Industry sectors are you looking to Invest in?
I am looking to invest into property developers / owners that cannot obtain the funding to carry out a project that they would otherwise have to leave undeveloped.
What types of Investments are you specifically looking for?
Residential developments./ houses or apartments, hotels ,offices, shops.
The developer will need to offer a first charge over the property/site through his solicitor.
All developments need an exit strategy.
The developer needs to show proof of worth and experience of himself and associates in the relevant field.
Have you made any Investments before?
I am an architect and have run my own companies and am fully conversant with all aspects of construction.
Recently I have done two £2m projects and one £3m.
I am now in negotiation about a £22m hotel, a £7m hotel and £10m housing site. My partner and I run a very private family investment fund and the figures shown are those we are comfortable with.
What locations are you interested in investing in?
I am looking at projects mainly in the UK and Europe. Others would be considered in the USA
